Claiborne Senior Living in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. This role blends operations oversight with a campus-wide culture-builder focus, driving resident satisfaction, team development, and financial performance.

You will partner with ownership and regional leadership, shape daily practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and nurture a workplace defined by accountability and compassion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience.
• Proven track record of operational and financial management success.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living.
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership.
