Job summary

Rich Square Manor and Villa seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional resident care. The role emphasizes strong fiscal management, regulatory compliance, and proactive engagement with families to enhance the community experience.

The successful candidate will have a healthcare administration background, leadership experience in senior living, and a current NC administrator license or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living operations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial management, staff development, and resident relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid NC Assisted Living Administrator License (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and high care standards.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and staff within budget guidelines.
• Resident & Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents and families and maintain a positive community.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control expenses.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure licensing compliance and readiness for inspections and audits.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Partner with sales to drive occupancy and community visibility.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care.
• Community Outreach: Represent the community in local networks and partnerships.
