You will drive financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth in collaboration with clinical leaders, while building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care or senior living operations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in financial management, staff development, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance and high standards of care.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff.
• Foster resident and family engagement and address concerns.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and control expenses.
• Ensure licensing, safety standards, and policy compliance; readiness for inspections.
• Partner with sales to drive occupancy and market initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care.
• Represent the community in the local area to boost visibility.
