Job summary

Rich Square Manor and Villa seeks a Lif e Enrichment Coordinator to design and run a calendar of engaging activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

You will partner with residents, families, and staff to create inclusive, person-centered programs, including memory care activities and community events, while maintaining program records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience planning and facilitating activities in senior living, healthcare, or recreational setting.
• Degree preferred in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience with residents having dementia or cognitive impairments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a wide range of activities, events, and outings for residents.
• Develop monthly activity calendars aligned with residents’ preferences.
• Design memory care activities focusing on cognitive stimulation and sensory engagement.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for programs.
• Organize holiday celebrations, family events, and intergenerational activities.
• Maintain records of participation and evaluations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with care team, dining services, and leadership to integrate activities into the community.
