Brookdale Morehead City is hiring a Wellness Director to join their growing team, leading the clinical staff and ensuring high-quality resident care in Assisted Living & Memory Care.

As Director of Nursing, you will inspire, coordinate, and manage the nursing team, uphold regulatory standards, and drive clinical excellence across the community with a strong focus on resident well-being and staff development.

Qualifications

• Education required to obtain and hold a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with preference for clinical leadership experience.
• Proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to meet residents’ healthcare needs.
• Supervises and provides leadership to licensed nurses and direct care staff.
• Coaches and guides staff to maintain quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• HWD level is determined by community complexity and service scope.
