Job summary

Midwest Health seeks an Executive Director with senior living management experience to lead a home health care oriented organization in Kansas. The role requires overseeing policy compliance, budgeting, admissions, and staff performance while ensuring regulatory standards are met.

On-the-job training will be provided and the Assisted Living Manager Course must be completed within 6 months if not already obtained. Prior operator or long-term care experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Executive Director with Senior Living management experience.
• On-the-job training provided; Assisted Living Manager Course within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with compliance to Kansas and Federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor policy compliance for patient care, personnel, finances, and building maintenance.
• Periodically review policies and discuss changes with staff.
• Regularly check financial status and assist with annual budgeting and records.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review and monitor facility compliance with national and state standards.
• Review and monitor workforce competence.
