Job summary

• Direct resident services in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee admissions, assessments, and resident rights compliance.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety across the community.
• Report to the Executive Director and ensure regulatory compliance.
