LCS is seeking an Executive Director to lead Rose Senior Living at Providence Park, overseeing operations, financial performance, resident experience, and strategic growth. This role requires visionary leadership, accountability, and a commitment to compassionate care for seniors.

You will coach department leaders, partner with sales and marketing, manage budgets, and build community relations to drive occupancy and ensure excellence in service.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Experience leading large teams and multi-department operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences.

• Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and team members to achieve individual and organizational success.
• Ensure exceptional resident care, hospitality, and satisfaction through quality programs and services.
• Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives.
