Job summary

LCS seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead The Delaney at the Vale in Massachusetts, guiding overall community operations and delivering exceptional resident experiences while engaging and valuing staff. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and partner with residents, families, and leaders to drive quality and growth in a senior living environment.

This role requires a proven track record in senior living or healthcare leadership and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related environment.
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, employees, and business partners
• Drive resident satisfaction through relationship development and service excellence
• Demonstrated ability to grow and stabilize community occupancy between markets

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for community operations
• Monitor key operational metrics and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as policies and standards
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to execute strategies and initiatives
• Establish a strong leadership presence and foster a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and respect
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, employees, and partners
• Serve as a visible, engaged, and strategic leader within the community and local market
• Champion the organization’s mission, values, and strategic priorities
• Ensure the community consistently delivers an exceptional resident experience
