Sagora Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Parkview on Hollybrook in Longview, TX. The role leads operations, finances, HR and resident services to ensure a warm, secure environment and a profitable community across independent living, assisted living and memory care.

The ED will oversee resident care, operations, staffing and budgets; drive occupancy with Sales/Marketing; report to the Regional Director; and be on-call to support residents and team members 24/7.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in the senior housing industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, operations and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community, including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Oversee management of all team members, including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Report to the Regional Director VP with assigned reporting metrics.
• Partner with the Sales and Marketing Director to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Develop the budget and ensure all departments operate within the given parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents, and resident families; on-call 24 hours a day.
