Job summary

Sagora is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy and revenue at Parkview on Hollybrook in Texas. You will partner with the corporate office to execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community.

The role requires strong sales background, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and referral sources while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Experience in senior housing or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the community marketing and sales plan with the corporate office.
• Increase and maintain occupancy and revenue for the community.
• Build partnerships for outreach and lead generation.
• Conduct presentations and tours, then close sales with prospects.
• Develop relationships with residents, families and referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospects.
• Coordinate advertising with Home Office marketing.
• Serve as manager on duty when assigned.
