Job summary

Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC seeks an Executive Director to lead an Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care and/or Skilled Nursing community. You will drive resident care quality within budget and govern compliance with federal, state, and local rules while embodying CORE Values.

You will oversee operations, staffing, safety, marketing, and associate relations, ensuring top customer satisfaction and community occupancy targets in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current ECC/CORE or CRCF certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervision/management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and understand finances.
• Knowledge of Federal and State laws for IL, AL, MC, SNF communities.
• Must be able to make independent decisions.
• Passion for working with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Develops resident relations programs and solicits feedback.
• Establishes relationships with department heads to ensure quality care.
• Oversees nursing services and daily rounds for quality care.
• Maintains safety compliance and regulatory rapport.
• Manages community budget and P&L monitoring.
• Leads recruitment, training, and coaching of associates.
• Oversees compensation and wage adjustments.
• Ensures confidentiality of resident information.
• Represents the residence to families and visitors.
• Supports occupancy targets and marketing of the residence.
