Qualifications

• Experience leading senior living operations or memory care is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal senior living regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations, ensuring compliance and high standards of care.
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and staff within budgetary guidelines.
