Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead one of its Texas/Oklahoma communities. You will oversee operations, budgets, and performance, while fostering a resident-centered culture and external partnerships to drive referrals and occupancy.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a track record of managing operating expenses and driving results in senior living or hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or Health related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success managing operating expenses and driving results.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision and discipline.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Administrator license/certification or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per Owners/Board standards and applicable laws.
• Communicate a customer-focused vision based on resident-centered care.
• Develop business relationships locally to drive referrals and optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure external business development strategy with clear accountability and action plans.
• Maintain resident files and regulatory compliance.
• Meet financial targets and maximize return for partners.
• Oversee all departments ensuring efficient operations and budget adherence.
