Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for its Bellarose community in Tulsa, OK.

You will lead overall operations, financial performance, and resident care, guiding multiple departments to deliver quality, compassionate care for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and strategic occupancy initiatives, with on-site duties Monday–Friday and rotating weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of management experience in senior housing (AL/MC/LTC).
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office experience with reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and teams.
• Desire to work with senior adults.
• Strong leadership and multi-department management experience.
• Experience managing financial performance of multiple departments.
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one; state admin cert within 90 days if required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Oversee management of all team members including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Report to the Regional Director VP with assigned metrics.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents, and families.
• On-call 24 hours a day for emergencies; after-hours and weekend work as necessary.
