Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a community offering independent living, assisted living or memory care. You will oversee operations, resident care, sales, and financial performance, ensuring a warm, secure atmosphere while maintaining profitability.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage the budget, report to the Regional Director, and partner with sales to hit occupancy targets. This role demands strong leadership and communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in senior housing or related field.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive on company time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Grow occupancy and manage resident care, sales, and services.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, discipline and coaching.
• Report to Regional Director with assigned metrics; engage families.
