Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a friendly Concierge at Bellarose in Tulsa to welcome residents and visitors, manage front desk operations, and provide accurate information in person and via phone. You will support a professional image and assist associates while ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and reliable customer service within a team-focused, quality-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily
• Assist all associates as needed at the front desk
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Respond to emergency boards as needed
