Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director at the Asher Tulsa community to drive occupancy and revenue. You will lead the marketing plan, coordinate outreach, manage tours and close sales while building lasting relationships with residents and families.

Responsibilities include developing partnerships, presenting to prospects, and coordinating community advertising with the Home Office. A strong sales background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a senior housing or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with residents, families, and referral sources.
• Proven ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community.
• Increase and maintain occupancy and revenue for the community.
• Build partnerships for outreach and lead generation.
• Deliver presentations and tours, then close sales with prospects.
• Cultivate relationships with residents, families and referral sources.
• Coordinate large resident activities and community advertising with Home Office.
• Serve as manager on duty as assigned.
