Stellar Senior Living is seeking a full-time Executive Director for Overlake Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care in Redmond, WA. You will lead overall community operations, drive occupancy, and ensure service excellence in line with Stellar's standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator credential, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record as an Executive Director in senior living or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator is required.
• Proven track record as an Executive Director in senior living or long-term care.
• Experience leading communities to full occupancy.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of the community.
• Plan, direct, monitor, and support all operational, administrative, health & wellness, HR, customer service, and fiscal activities.
• Achieve stabilized occupancy through marketing, engagement, and service excellence.
• Foster a caring, compassionate community aligned with Stellar's values.
• Develop and retain department heads through coaching and development.
• Build relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and healthcare providers.
