GenCare Lifestyle @ Eagle Ridge in Renton is seeking an energetic Executive Director to lead the premier senior independent/assisted living community. Must be a Certified State of Washington Boarding Home Administrator.

The Executive Director will oversee operations, maintain high occupancy, and ensure service quality while achieving corporate financial goals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as an Executive Director in assisted living, a WA administrator license, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Director.
• Valid administrator license in WA required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall operation of the community.
• Ensure high occupancy, excellent service quality, and budgeted financial goals.
• Mentor staff to become advocates for GenCare initiatives.
