Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Director within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred.
• Strong background in sales, occupancy management, and financial oversight.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and service-focused environment.
• Experience opening a new senior living community preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results while maintaining compassionate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily community operations.
• Drive occupancy growth and support community sales efforts.
• Manage revenue, expenses, labor, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and customer service.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and mission-driven community culture.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Support hiring, retention, and associate engagement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth business office and operational management.
