Charter Senior Living of GODFREY in Godfrey, IL is seeking an Executive Director to lead our senior living community, drive occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction with compassion and accountability. This role requires assisted living leadership, operational management, and sales experience; offers a competitive salary starting at $95k to $97k per year plus bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Director within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred.
• Strong background in sales, occupancy management, and financial oversight.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and service-focused environment.
• Experience opening a new senior living community preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results while maintaining compassionate leadership.

Position Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operational success, and culture of the community while ensuring residents receive exceptional care and services in a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment.

This position oversees all day-to-day community operations including resident satisfaction, financial performance, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, associate leadership, and quality assurance.
