The role emphasizes financial acumen, community outreach, and adherence to company mission, vision, and values. Strong leadership and collaboration with department directors are essential.

Formación

• Communication skills and compassion for older adults are essential.
• Experience in managing senior living residences is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service for residents.
• Create and maintain high resident and employee satisfaction.
• Lead sales initiatives and community outreach.
• Perform welcome orientation for new residents.
• Communicate mission, vision, values and goals to staff.
• Foster enthusiasm and team spirit at the community.
• Network with local groups to raise community awareness.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Executive Summary Report.
• Develop and implement new initiatives with Pillar Directors.
