Whitley Place, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks an Executive Director / Sales Director to lead our assisted living and memory care in Keller, TX. This dual role focuses on operations and sales performance, driving occupancy, revenue, and exceptional resident experiences.

The successful candidate will build strong teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage technology like EHR and Power BI to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Executive Director experience in senior living or related field (min 3 years).
• At least 2 years in sales, business development, or occupancy growth.
• Proven leadership in teams and operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and financial performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct all community operations ensuring exceptional resident care and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations governing assisted living and memory care.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, accountability, and resident-centered care.
• Partner with leaders to maintain appearance, safety, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive occupancy growth and revenue through strategic marketing and outreach.
