Whitley Place in Keller, TX seeks an experienced Executive Director/Sales Director to lead its assisted living and memory care community. The role combines executive leadership with sales accountability to optimize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction within a compliant, mission-driven environment.

The successful candidate will guide daily operations, mentor leaders, and partner with regional leadership to implement company initiatives while maintaining exceptional resident experiences

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Executive Director experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, or occupancy growth experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing community operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all community operations, ensuring exceptional resident care and service delivery.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and community team members.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Support prospective residents and families throughout the sales process.
