Job summary

Brookdale Sherwood Assisted Living in Odessa seeks an experienced operations leader to manage a 60-65 unit senior living community with two product lines. You will drive resident satisfaction, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and a strong team culture.

You’ll develop and execute the business plan, oversee staffing and budgets, partner with sales to grow occupancy, and lead efforts to deliver high-quality care and experiences for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years related in operational leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations of a large community of 60–65 units and two product lines.
• Responsible for associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to grow occupancy and revenue.
• Works with sales to drive sales results and builds an inclusive community culture.
