Job summary

Brookdale in Owasso, OK seeks an accomplished community leader to oversee daily operations, resident and family engagement, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will develop the business plan, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, drive occupancy and RevPAR, and partner with district teams to deliver superior resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience.
• Must have valid administrator license where required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Lead community daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute the business plan and budgets; manage performance against goals.
• Supervise and motivate staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels and training.
• Recruit, hire, and develop associates; manage promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Drive sales and marketing to meet occupancy and revenue targets; partner with sales leadership.
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and build positive relationships with residents and families.
