Job summary

Brookdale in Garland, TX is seeking a senior community operations leader to manage a large senior living community with multiple product lines and hundreds of residents. You will drive the business plan, budgets, staffing, and sales collaboration to achieve occupancy, revenue, and high-quality resident experiences.

The role requires five years of operational leadership in a senior living environment, a valid driver’s license, and a focus on regulatory compliance and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum five years of operational leadership experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large senior living community (175+ units, multiple product lines).
• Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Drive resident satisfaction, occupancy, revenue, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the management team and staff through recruiting, onboarding, and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve occupancy and RevPAR targets.
• Foster an inclusive, high-quality resident experience and community culture.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Monitor financial performance against goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Partner with clinical leaders to ensure care services meet resident needs.
• Drive recruitment, retention, and development of associates.
