Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day village operations, including resident services, sales collaboration, and budget oversight. You will lead a diverse team, ensure regulatory compliance, and focus on delivering superior resident experiences.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, staffing, and occupancy growth in a large senior living community, with attention to financial performance and quality standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum 3 years related in operational leadership.
• Valid administrator license in states where required; must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
• Strong analytic, leadership and communication skills; ability to multitask and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the community, including resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Develop and execute the annual operating and capital budgets; manage performance against goals and compliance with policies.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth in collaboration with the sales leader; build relationships with residents, families and local influencers.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team while ensuring staff training and regulatory standards are met.
