Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing all aspects of senior community operations.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring practices to ensure compliance with laws and budget.
• Prepare and monitor community budget with department heads.
• Lead contracts for services and ensure plans of correction.
• Maintain occupancy, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Coordinate risk assessments and regulatory reporting.
• Respond to emergencies; coordinate with family and physicians.
