Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Executive Director for its Delaware senior living community. The role oversees operations, marketing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality resident care and financial performance.

You will lead a management team, hire within budget, and maintain strong community relations with residents, families, and regulatory agencies. This is a full-time on-site leadership position with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director.
• Must hold current administrative license for the state.
• Demonstrated success managing all aspects of senior community operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the senior community.
• Manage marketing, business and financial functions in accordance with policies and laws.
• Lead hiring and staff development, and maintain budgetary compliance.
• Review monthly financials and prepare variance reports along company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and integrity in risk assessment and incident reporting.
