Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the operation and management of a senior living community in State College, PA. You will lead marketing, budgeting, and financial functions, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

You will hire and develop staff, manage occupancy, and maintain high standards of resident relations and satisfaction. You will collaborate with ownership and management to plan corrections, lead contracts for services, and sustain NOI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director.
• Must hold current administrative license for the state in which the position is located.
• Demonstrated success managing all aspects of senior community operations.
• Strong sales leadership and ability to grow census.
• Ability to build relationships with community groups and stakeholders.
• Strong customer service skills with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community including marketing, business and financial functions.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal laws and regulations; manage risk and incident reporting.
• Lead budgeting, budgetary control, and variance analysis; prepare plans of correction as needed.
• Supervise and develop department heads; maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction programs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans; build community relations and census growth.
• Oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness; manage weekend/after-hours responses.
