Job summary

Cornerstone Management seeks an Executive Director to oversee operations of its assisted living communities, driving resident-centered programs and high-quality care. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage budgets, and coordinate with home care providers to meet resident needs.

Leading a large multidisciplinary team, you will foster a supportive, compliant, and financially sound organization focused on safety, dignity, and engaging activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations in assisted living, senior housing, or healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for assisted living and landlord/tenant law.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising large teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience working with older adult populations and their families.
• WI Driver’s license.

• Resident & Program Leadership: Develop and oversee systems and services for a diverse senior population; assess resident needs and promote independence and quality of life; address concerns with professionalism; support resident activities and community events; maintain relationships with partners and families.
