Civitas Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for a Sunnyvale, TX community. You will lead strategic planning, resident well-being, and growth initiatives, shaping culture and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in senior living leadership, relevant certifications, and strong financial acumen, with experience using RealPage, Eldermark, or Enquire. This onsite role emphasizes compassionate leadership and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership roles within senior living.
• Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required.
• Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire, or related systems is preferred.
• Proven record in financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Guide and inspire the community and staff towards success.
• Sales & Marketing Excellence: Oversee marketing and sales efforts, with a focus on community engagement and growth.
• Team Building & Talent Development: Hire, train, and retain a service-driven team that reflects our culture.
• Dynamic Communication: Motivate, engage, and positively impact others with a warm and empathetic communication style.
• Agile Management: Adapt to changing environment, delegate tasks, achieve goals with urgency.
• Operational Compliance & Safety: Ensure alignment with policies, regulations, and resident/staff safety.
• Technology Integration: Comfortable using various software systems and reporting functions.
