Job summary

Ivy Park at San Tomas in San Jose seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations, staff, and resident experience. You will manage budgeting, occupancy, compliance, and community relations to deliver a high-quality senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly or equivalent.
• A valid California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director credential.
• Five+ years of experience supervising and managing employees is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and ability to learn property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operations and day-to-day management in accordance with policies and standards.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve budgeted occupancy and financial targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families and corporate leadership and foster a quality living environment.
