Qualifications include college or equivalent experience, and knowledge of assisted living and dementia care. Health screenings and regulatory compliance are part of duties, with a competitive base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Completion of two (2) years of college and at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly, or equivalent education and experience as approved by the Department of Social Services.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Able to explain ideas and communicate complex ideas to a wide audience (employees, residents, family members, governmental agencies, public, etc) both in writing and verbally

Responsibilities

• The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of their Community in accordance with property policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff in accordance with company policy.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy; achieve and maintain budgetary compliance; professionally representing the property to the community and the Corporation, and creating a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for the residents.
