Qualifikationen

• Two years of college completed and 3+ years in residential elder care.
• California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or equivalent license.
• Five years of experience supervising employees is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage budgets and read financial reports.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
