Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator in an onsite 55+ community to support daily management and resident retention. You will greet residents, assist with tours, coordinate move-ins, and help with event planning and calendar management.

Collaborating with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, you’ll execute programs, develop relationships with local vendors, and help ensure a vibrant resident experience. This full-time role includes robust benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Greets prospects and residents and ensures comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Assists with tours and coordinates move-ins/move-outs.
• Develops and executes events, services, and programs for residents.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls, routes to the right team member, and follows up on service requests.
• Manages guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintains calendar, newsletters, and postings for Resident Portal and events.
• Supports sales/marketing program standards and budget tracking for activities.
