The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with responsibilities including coordinating daily assignments, maintaining records, and collaborating with staff to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in building operations, environmental services, housekeeping, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning practices, environmental services operations, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience with computerized work orders or maintenance management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and service requests for the Environmental Services team.
• Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with residents and team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain departmental records, scheduling documents, and other administrative reports.
• Partner with team members across the community to support operational goals and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
