Job summary

The Environmental Services Coordinator will support daily operations, manage work orders, respond to resident needs, and help ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in building operations, environmental services, housekeeping, maintenance, or related field.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, environmental services operations, and workplace safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using computerized work order or maintenance management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and service requests for the Environmental Services team.
• Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with residents and team members.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain departmental records, scheduling documents, and other administrative reports.
• Partner with team members across the community to support operational goals and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
