Job summary

Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to create a clean, comfortable living environment for residents while delivering exceptional customer service. You will clean apartments and common areas, vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies, and respond promptly to resident requests.

Following infection prevention and safety guidelines, you will handle cleaning products safely and support additional projects to maintain the community’s appearance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces according to established quality standards.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident housekeeping requests and concerns.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and chemical handling procedures while performing daily housekeeping duties.
• Support special cleaning projects and assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the community.

About You

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or environmental services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
