Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator to support the Environmental Services team. You will coordinate daily operations, manage work orders, respond to resident needs, and help ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. This role emphasizes strong organization, customer service, and teamwork within a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in building operations, environmental services, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, environmental services operations, and workplace safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using computerized work order or maintenance management systems preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
