Vineyard Heights - McMinnville, OR is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (LEA) to support activity planning and resident engagement in a senior living community. The LEA assists the Life Enrichment Director and Community Relations Director in preparing activities, maintaining logs, and coordinating welcome efforts for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist LED in preparing for activities and setting up supplies.
• Take attendance and log activities for each resident.
• Distribute weekly bulletins and monthly activity schedules.
• Maintain activity areas after each event and before shifts end.
• Support CRD with welcoming new residents and coordinating events.
• Possess a valid driver’s license to serve as alternate transportation driver when needed.
