Compass Senior Living in Roseburg, Oregon, seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director and Community Relations Director. You will help set up and run activities, assist with supplies, and welcome new residents to foster a vibrant community.

You will attend activities, log resident participation, distribute notices, maintain spaces, and support marketing and welcome gift efforts. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist LED in setting up and preparing activities.
• Take attendance of residents at activities.
• Log resident participation by activity and resident.
• Distribute weekly bulletin and monthly schedules.
• Maintain activity spaces after activities and shift end.
• Assist LED and CRD with other duties as needed.
• Maintain current driver’s license for transportation support.
• Assist Marketing with lead-generating events.
• Help select welcome-home gifts for new residents.
