Job summary

Maple Ridge, managed by Mosaic Management, is seeking a creative T.H.R.I.V.E. Coordinator to lead resident engagement in our assisted living community. You will develop meaningful, person-centered experiences that support well-being, independence, dignity, and life quality.

You will design daily activities, coordinate learning and intergenerational programs, and partner with families and staff to create community-wide events that reflect resident preferences and goals.

Qualifications

• Develop and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly resident engagement opportunities.
• Align activities with resident interests, abilities, and needs.
• Support person-centered engagement in care planning and team meetings.
• Experience with aging and dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly engagement opportunities.
• Lead programs supporting social connection, wellness, learning, and recreation.
• Promote independence and meaningful daily experiences for residents.
• Coordinate learning, intergenerational activities, and community partnerships.
• Organize resident outings and community connections.
• Prepare monthly calendars and share resident experiences in newsletters/social media.
• Train and support the team to implement engagement best practices.
• Manage supplies and resources within established budgets.
