Silver Birch Living, LLC. in Phoenix invites an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team and partner with the Life Enrichment Coordinator to create engaging, meaningful programs for our residents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with seniors, including those with dementia.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Arizona Caregiver certification is helpful.
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead and support group activities, including preparation, set‑up, clean‑up, and follow‑up.
Assist with large group events and special programs.
Monitor and document resident engagement during activities.
Track attendance and maintain activity records.
Provide transportation for residents using the community van, as needed.
Help create a fun, welcoming environment that encourages participation.
