Job summary

Oakmont of Chino Hills, operated by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Driver to safely operate community vehicles and supervise residents during outings. The role supports activities and events in the community, ensuring safety and comfort for residents and staff.

Requirements include a Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement and at least 2 years of driving people. A background check and health screening are required, with vaccines/tests per policy. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Prefer two years of driving vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff, residents and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB).
• Company may require vaccination and daily screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, and events.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto/off vehicles.
• Follow state and federal laws when operating vehicles.
• Comply with standards for vehicle inspection and safe driving.
• Act as a member of the activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
