Job summary

Oakmont of the Lakes, part of Oakmont Management Group, in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Part-Time Driver to safely operate community vehicles and assist residents on outings. The role supports activities and events, while ensuring a secure environment for all residents and staff.

Qualifications include a minimum age of 21, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a valid Class B/C license with Passenger Endorsement. Background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
• Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle transporting people.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Must pass criminal background checks and health screenings, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings and appointments.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto/off vehicles.
• Follow state and federal driving laws.
• Comply with vehicle inspection and driving safety standards.
• Act as a member of activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
