You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and care management while maintaining high nursing and safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant management experience in a senior living setting, with strong computer skills and the ability to travel regionally as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of senior living management experience.
• Strong computer skills including Windows OS and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to travel for regional meetings and other meetings as requested.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Assisted Living community.
• Develop and manage the budget with the Executive Director.
• Oversee care management, staff performance, and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with discharge planners to ensure safe resident transitions.
• Maintain resident records and medication policies.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide orientation for new hires.
