Job summary

The Assisted Living Director at Brightview Senior Living in Bel Air leads a caring team to deliver vibrant, high-quality care to residents. You will recruit, coach, and supervise MedTechs and Resident Assistants, ensuring ADL services meet Brightview standards and regulatory requirements.

You will manage staffing, participate in resident assessments, develop the Resident Services Plan, and lead family meetings. This role places you at the heart of our community leadership and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, social science, or business and at least 3 years of health care or senior living experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise MedTechs and Resident Assistants to deliver Assisted Daily Living services.
• Develop and adjust staffing schedules to meet Brightview service standards and budget.
• Participate in resident assessments and develop the Resident Services Plan.
• Conduct regular resident and family meetings and provide training.
